Shipping rate
We charge a flat $5 fee for delivery of all orders in Bermuda under $75 while orders of $75 or more are delivered free of charge. International shipping rates will depend on your location and the weight of your package.
Accuracy of information
Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you register. We will use this information to contact you should any issues arise that could affect the delivery of your order.
At present, we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address. When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended you acknowledge that Merch and our representatives will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority.
Processing times
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days however due to the coronavirus pandemic there may be slight delays with processing times. You will be notified where significant changes to the estimated processing times are anticipated. Once an item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email.
Deliveries
Delivery to an address in Bermuda should take 1-2 business days from dispatch. The length of time for international orders will depend on your location. Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak times, weekends or public holidays.
Undeliverable packages
If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault, Merch will not be liable for re-postage of your order. If you wish to have the parcel re-sent to you, you will be required to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address. Alternatively you may request a credit note for Merch.
