Do I need to set up an account with Merch to complete my order?

You do not need an account to place an order with us but it does make checkout easier and allows you to create a wishlist of items you love. We do suggest signing up to our mailing list to be one of the first to hear about our latest news, products, seasonal sales and special offers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, we can change or cancel an order up until the time it is dispatched. Please e-mail us promptly at orders@themerch.space to do so.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Yes and we can wrap with ribbon for wedding gifts, birthday gifts or other special occasions – just choose include this request in the comment section at checkout. You also have the option of including a handwritten greeting card with a message of your choosing.

Shipping

Where does Merch ship to?

We deliver to most countries and shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the weight of your package. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be owed on your order in the destination country.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery within Bermuda is charged at a flat rate of $5 island wide, but is free on orders of $75 or more. International shipping rates will depend on your location and the weight of your package. Please see our Shipping + Delivery page for more information.[

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to an address in Bermuda should take 1-2 business days from dispatch. The length of time for international orders will depend on your location. Please see our Shipping + Delivery page for more information. Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak times, weekends or public holidays.

Why do you need my phone number and email?

We need a valid email address and telephone number to contact you should any issues arise regarding your order or at point of delivery. Failure to provide these details could affect your purchase and increase delivery time. Should you have any concerns about how this information is used or stored, please see our Privacy Policy.

What happens if my parcel arrives broken or faulty?

Any deliveries received in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. We may be able to offer you a replacement if you send us an image depicting the damage with your name, order number and contact number to orders@themerch.space. Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you and if all criteria are met, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
